Plans which do not include unlimited onsite support will incur a trip charge for
each onsite visit.
Unlimited Onsite Support is restricted to Miami-Dade and Broward counties. View a list of covered areas here
Project labor is not included in Managed Service Plans
*Onsite Support during normal business hours is exempt from trip charge on specified
plans
**After-hours period is Monday through Friday - 6pm to 8am, All Day Saturday and
Sunday
