Our multi-level plans give customers the ability to choose the method of support which suits them best to control cost while increasing efficiency.

A Managed Server is defined as any Server on your network which you choose to have maintained by VirtuWorks

Plans which do not include unlimited onsite support will incur a trip charge for each onsite visit.

Unlimited onsite support is restricted to Miami-Dade and Broward counties

Project labor is not included in Managed Service plans

*Onsite support during normal business hours is exempt from trip charge on specified plans

**After-hours period is Monday through Friday - 6pm to 8am, All Day Saturday and Sunday
